STEPS:-

1) Open C:\sys\bin\ folder
2) Delete ProcMgrStarter_0x2002B314.exe file.

Instruction: After that, exit WhatsApp and restart your phone. Now WhatsApp will not open automatically after switch on, until you manually open it.
