3. Proxy: 98.142.221.42
4. Apn: airtelgprs.com

1. After That Select newly created APN as your Default VPN and then restart your mobile Phone Once.
2. Then Simply open Whatsapp Handler app which you was downloaded from above link, then Enter Front Query according to your sim card blocked or not as given below
